The problem

Need a countdown? You go hunting on YouTube, then run it through some sketchy online converter.
Or it’s ten minutes to service and someone wants a timer on screen that nobody planned for.
What comes back is the wrong size, watermarked, or a format ProPresenter won’t load.

The solution

One tile per visual: countdown, spinner, QR card, motion background.
You set it up against a live preview and your own machine does the rendering. No internet involved.
Out comes a 1920×1080 MP4 you drag straight into ProPresenter.
