Church production. Turns a service runsheet into a ProPresenter playlist.

The problem

Every week someone rebuilds the same ProPresenter playlist by hand, straight off a runsheet PDF.
Retyping song titles, digging through the library, dragging in last Sunday’s slides again.
It always happens under time pressure, and whatever you miss ends up on screen in front of everyone.

The solution

It reads the runsheet, even if all you have is a screenshot of one.
Songs get matched against your own ProPresenter library, typos and all.
Then it builds the playlist through ProPresenter’s API, timers and headers included. You check the matches and hit create.
